In our fall sales for London Film & Comic-Con 2023, we will continue our Best Marvel Illustrators. Fans LOVE our Metropolis Battles: Iron Man vs Doctor Doom (Hero vs Villain) battle. It’s got fisticuffs, lasers and time travel. You will not believe what Doctor Doom does to #iron-man and how the fight ends.

Importantly, Doomquest is on our list of the Best Doctor Doom Comics. In our review, we thought it’s the best #doctor-doom storyline of the Bronze Age. And John Romita Jr. excels at both the cinema and realism in his art.

Certainly, the storyline is an important evolution of the character as he reclaims the throne of Latveria. Fans of the epic and sci-fi genres from Marvel comics will love Iron Man and Doctor Doom.

THING DESERVES RESPECT…

One of the least celebrated heroes in Marvel history, is the lovable and IT’S CLOBBERIN’ TIME Thing! Partly, it is due to the popularity of #hulk and his overwhelming rage which pleases fans. Also, it is due to the decrease in popularity of the #fantastic-four, the World’s Greatest Comic Magazine.

Called Marvel’s first family, the Fantastic Four pioneered the Marvel way of storytelling: fun, comedy, non-stop action and societal commentary were part of Marvel’s revolutionary work when Fantastic Four debuted in the Silver Age.

However, Thing has been a crowd-favorite as his talents as a pilot, a boxing champion and his great heart! As a fighter, he simple never gives up, no matter the odds! In their Silver Age versions, we compared them in Super Power: How Hulk and Thing Match in Super Strength (Film, TV and Comics).

With the Fantastic Four set to join the #mcu it may be time to finally give the Thing his due. BIG TIME!
