Importantly, Harbinger explains the creation of the DC multiverse from Krona’s experiments on Oa similar to the Monitor’s in the Arrowverse crossover.
These reasons explain that in the crossover, The Spectre can stalemate Anti-Monitor with Nigh-Omniscience though the opponent is likely stronger after having destroyed the positive matter universe save five Earths. Thus, he would definitely need the help of the #justice-league in order to fight Anti-Monitor who is Nigh-Omnipotent in Energy Projection.
